One of our most transformative initiatives is our four-acre rice farm in Butebo District. We created sustainable employment for over 200 youth, involving them in the full agricultural value chain from land preparation and planting to harvesting and milling. The rice produced is sold on the local market and through this we have been able to pay some school bills for valunareable children and More than 10,000 farmers, agricultural students and community members have visited the farm for training, making it a regional centre for practical agricultural learning.
